Gunite Construction is a fourth generation construction company specializing in gunite swimming pools and industrial gunite.
Our Company was founded in 1946 after WWII by Stephen S. Zagorski Sr. principally as an industrial gunite company repairing bridges, dams, seawalls, and power plant boilers/stacks throughout New England. In the 1950's, gunite started constructing large commercial swimming pools when gunite was found to be a superior and long-lasting choice in watertight vessels. Through the 1960's to now, residential gunite swimming pools became popular. Gunite Construction actually built some of the first gunite pools in New England.
With our background in industrial gunite, it is not surprising that we often are recommended for some of the most unique and demanding pool projects. Thank you for your consideration for your upcoming pool project. We feel that out experience in the gunite process will be a far greater value than using a pool company that sub-contracts most, if not all of the pool phases.
